2009 has been a great year so far for Team eXile5 as we approach our 2nd birthday. We have added in 4 new divisions expanding our total to 6, whilst making new friendships between the divisions and showing exceptional results. We at Team eXile5 are very proud with all of our divisions and we cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they have put into making this clan what it is today. With alot more potential for growth in divisions and sponsors we look forward to making this a good year.

I thought I would run through the divisions and their current status within eXile5.

First of all, the 'COD: World at War' division:

The COD boys have been with us since we begun as multigaming. Sticking with the team through thick and thin.
The COD division have just won the COD: World At War Cybergamer Open ladder, by beating qlimaX crew with a solid win in both maps, and have been invited to the COD: World At War CGi League to compete against the best in Australia.
You can watch their progress here (http://www.cybergamer.com.au/pc/cod5/league/)
The COD lads are also competing in the COD5 GOTGAMES Aussie Invitational CEVO-P.
You can monitor their games here (http://www.cevo.com/?page=div&id=242&func=news)
Good luck to the COD Division in all their upcoming games.

The best TF2 Team in Aus:

The TF2 boys are doing an awesome job in Team-eXile5. Their dedication to the team and to TF2 is outstanding, and this is shown by their results. Currently they are winning the Cybergamer TF2 CGo ladder with a impressive 10 wins and 0 losses.
Their progress can be seen here (http://www.cybergamer.com.au/pc/tf2/ladder/)
In addition to this, they competed in OzFortress, in which they took out the Division 1 title (the only team other than MAD DOGZ to win it.
You can monitor the OzFortress ladder here (http://www.ozfortress.com/showthread.php?t=28089)
Also a big welcome to the newest member Sole.
Good luck to the TF2 division in their upcoming games... More like good skill!

The CS: Source Division:

x5.trick and his team are smashing the competition leading into finals, and are tipped as being the number 1 candidate to take out CEVO-I. With this we hope to see them dominating in CEVO-P by the end of the year.
Also, they've just picked up player 'Subberz', and the rumour going around is his AWP'ing skills are impressive.
These boys are playing in the GotGames CEVO-I League and have just made it into the finals, which commence on the 24th May and will finalize on the 11th of June, with the winners taking $1000.
You can watch the finals play out here (http://www.cevo.com/playoffs/bracket.php?id=632)
The boys also qualified at the AINC Queensland qualifier, taking first spot by winning the grand final, being best of three maps, with a win on de_dust2, before comfortably taking out de_inferno and the autoberth on offer.
Unfortunately, due to the gents real life commitments, they are unable to attend AINC, which is quite a shame. All in all they a doing very well and we wish them luck in CEVO-I finals.

The new and improved CS:1.6 Division

The Counter Strike team have gone through some line up changes after recently picking up 'Conz' from XG, and 'tk', who has played with the boys over the past.
Now with 4 confirmed players for the eXile5 team the roster looks as follows:
Rook, ENVY, Conz, Tk, and currently they are trialling a 5th player at the AINC Sydney Qualifiers #2, with a bit of luck finding their 5th to complete team eXile5 CS1.6 Division.
The AINC Sydney Qualifiers #2 will be held on 24th May 2009.
To see the updates go here (http://www.esau.com.au/read/cs/335811)
The boys are confident to take the invite to AINC in July. The CS team will be playing in a few upcoming online ladders so be sure to keep an eye on this very skilled team. We'd like to take this opportunity to wish GL to teddy and neeza in Sublime. lol

The new DOD: Source Division

The latest addition to eXile5 shelves, but not the least experienced, these boys are dominating the DOD: Source scene on the Gamearena ladder (http://www.gamearena.com.au/pc/games/title/dayofdefeatsource/ladder/index.php?action=rankings) with a record of 10 wins and 1 loss they are currently number 1 on the ladder.
They are also participating in the Rats Gaming ladder.
Their Team involvement with Rats Gaming www.ratsgaming.net (http://www.ratsgaming.net) and CyberGamer (http://www.cybergamer.com.au) them a real attribute to the team. The boys are hoping for Cybergamer to hold a DOD: Souce Ladder in the coming future. More to come, good luck to the boys.

The best BF2 team in Aus:

Team-eXile5's BF2 team is feared by any opposition in all formats, due to the commitment of all the BF2 players.
A big shoutout to Smiley and all the other Captains for all the work they have done in every format.
Coming out of their CGi 6v6 win, the BF2 boys are climbing back up the CGo 6v6 ladder very quickly with teams fearing a loss recorded against their name, and not accepting challenges.
With a CGo 6v6 win streak of 17 wins 0 losses. We aim to make a 2nd straight finals series in a month and take out the 1st prize of $500.
Our ladder progress can be seen here (http://www.cybergamer.com.au/pc/bf26v6/ladder/)
We flip over to the 10v10 format, and Gamearena 10v10 finals is where we see the hardcore teams scrape through numbers to fight for numero uno.
Our 10v10 side are coming up against Australian Field Operatives in the semi final game, which is a must win to make it into our 5th straight Grand Final. The team is still undefeated with over 60 wins and 0 losses to its name in this ladder. A record so impressive its rarely been seen by any team in any game around the world.
Updates of the 10v10 ladder can be found here (http://www.gamearena.com.au/forums/battlefield2/thread.php/4938456)
We wish good luck to all teams playing and hope for a good finals. Soon we intend to compete in the newly formed 12v12 ladder starting in a few weeks which will give us some experience in the size for BF1943 that comes out in September.

Good luck to all the Divisions, you have done all of us proud repping the best:
