As announced on The Inside Battlefield Show Episode V, netGameRadio is pleased to pre-announce a Battlefield 2 competition of EPIC proportions!

The BFMasters Series II is coming to netGameRadio!

We are currently in our early stages of development, but what we can confirm is the following:

1. Total cash up for grabs is $5000
2. Total PC prizes to the value of $3000 (in addition) - Sponsors can not be named as yet
3. Battlefield 2 16v16 Based format, including the Special Forces Expansion Pack (No MOD maps)
4. $250 entry fee will be required as a point of protection. Refunded at the end of the competition. (To sage guard rules etc. and as used in the BFMasters Series I)
5. Competition will run for 4-5 weeks
6. A roster lock of 22-26 members per team. 9THIS WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS)
7. Matches to be video-casted via netGameTV


This is all the information we can release at this stage. Currently, we are working on the rule-set and the full competition format. What we want from you at the moment, the community, is to gauge how many teams will preliminarily state that they would like to participate. Bare in mind of a $250 entry fee, which, as mentioned, will be refunded back to you at the conclusion of the tournament.

We also welcome suggestions as to how you would like to see the tournament implemented. Please remember, however, that the rule-set that netGameRadio decides on, is final.

This pre-registration is being used to help us determine the amount of resources we will need to adequately cover this competition.
