Hey guys, just at xLAN, there's been a massive TF2 update or something on steam, so the LAN organisers have closed off the internet while they download and update the stage games. We cant play BC2 because steam is blocked and a lot of people from other teams have BC2 through steam.

I'll update later when games are, hopefully soon.

Wow just looking through the Xlan gallery so far and it looks like an AMAZING event compared to the local LAN I go to.

It has the same attendance as Respawn LAN (in Melbourne) but Xlan looks like it has so much more community support from local companies....

Did i read that Immortals team lost to tsw in squad rush

Just played the Grand final on stage vs tsw.
our rollout got screwed, and we some how still managed to get a flag, lost the round 48-0. 2nd round was much better, we won 8-0
Everyone playued well, tsw were better on the day.

Had a fkn awesome weekend, cheers to everyone for making it what it was :] -- Many laughs and good times were had. Was feeling pretty shit on the Saturday arvo/night (as most of you probably could see haha) but it went away and all was well for the final day.

Highlight was definitely knocking tsw out of 4v4 in the semi's. Such an intense game which _should_ have been the final, but shit happens.

Everyone played awesome in the 8v8 and 4v4, proud to be a part of it all. As for the 8v8 final, we took a risk that would have won us the game, it was unfortunate that it didn't come off, but you have to take risks if you want to get the rewards. Kinda shit about TiG3R getting kicked and them capping us out from that, but not much we can do about that now -- Very proud of how everyone played, and a big shoutout to Retep5 the crowd favourite, C4 beast :p

Lol was good times was great to catch up and see the names behind the faces. :) Look forward to next year xlan/Lan event.
