Ok.. we all know about virus's and antispyware right!

we it dont matter if ya do. I will give you a quick guide how to keep you pute perty damn clean and protected.

Rule 1 ...Free shit is the best.
Rule 2 ...Alot of free shit is disease..
Rule 3 ...Use only this free shit (I list) as it is proven clean and good!
Rule 4 ... read my install tips first before installing any of them.

Best Antivirus .. the AAA's
These are the best free Antivirus that I know of.
AVG
Avira
Avast
My personal choice is AVG. also has a half decent antispyware built in.

Best antispyware is Superantispyware.

Good second Antispyware is Spybot.

Essential for a new install as it gives immunization from lots of stuff.

My tip download now is : AVG, Superantispyware and spybot.

Step 1. Uninstall all antivirus and spyware you currently have.
Step 2. hit start > run and type msconfig then enter.
this will bring up a box with tabs.
goto startup and disable all/everything.
apply and restart computer.
When pute restarts a box will appear.tick dont show me this again and ok.
Step 3. Now install AVG or other antivirus.
TIP.. disable daily scanning. a tick box during install.

Step 4. Next install superantispyware.
TIP.. i generally untick send diagnostic report.
update auto is good leave on.

Step 5. Install spybot.
TIP.. critical to untick Tea timer!!!! about 2nd or 3rd ok page.

Step 6. Setup spybot.. just tick ok to all boxes and yep the warning and start using program.
do the updates. choose the euro 1 server as your default (i know its fast) but not critical.
go to immunize and it will show a number above 40000 things and hit immunize.
thise number will turn green.

Step 7. All installed now restart pute!
Step 8. Get rid of useless shit.. Empty recycle bin. and goto your internet explorer and delete all cookies and temporary internet files (could be gigs in ther and take awhile)
For ie goto tools>internet options and then browsing history and or settings and delete.
Step 9. You may now see AVG and a little yellow bug in task bar.. these are your mates!
Firstly run a quick scan with Super.
Then a full scan with spybot.
Avg will look at all the shit its scaning and if viruses it will find at same time.
If you have the time run full scan of Super then Spybot then AVG.

If you still have crap then semipro techniques will be required.
But this will give you a good clean and level of protection.
Re run scans with the antispyware programs once every week, or 2 or afetr a nice pr0n session ;P

Other good trusted stuff is Nod 32 - antivirus
and adaware - adaware - optional antispyware.
if can get a clean version of cracked Registry mechanic this would also be great.
I will try and host a version.

meh also use programs like VLC to run movies...and make sure most of your programs don't have processes running in the backround all the time...like most of the new stuff....just slows your start up right down....its not just viruses and spyware that slow your computer down :P

i fully endorse munters methods of virus protection. I use the same system as above and have never encounted any problems.

another tip is to stay away from Norton, unless you do want problems :P

Step 2 !!!
gets rid of any non important background stuff Seagulking.
But your right. once you intiate some programs they will leave something running in your task bar.
Doing a restart prior to games is a good way to get a fresh boot and clean start.

Also if all you are doing is running Vent and BF or games then disable antivirus.
It need not be on then. And will labour the machine a little for no reason.

If you download torrents or other peer based downloads. ALWAYS!! right click the file/s and scan with your antivirus and antispyware before and after zipping!
