Seeing as it's only been a few months, the mouse will most likely be under warranty. Just go back to the store you bought it from and explain the situation.
My G9 for example, I've had it for around 6 months, but for some reason, it randomly dies if my computer is on for a few hours, my mouse has a 12-month warranty so I'm just going to the store I bought it from to get a replacement.

I've got an old G5 but one of the buttons broke from BF2 use. So now i use a Razor Lachesis. 100 times better than the logitech pos.
Look logitech might be a big brand in peripherals but they are made on the cheap. There is better gear around.
p.s. i have a Logitech G15 keyboard that wont let me mash more then 4 keys a once and a logitech headset thats been good but ocasional just falls apart. I used to work in retail and think logitech was the bee's knees of gaming equipment. But the internet / BF2 open my eyes.

I've never had a problem with my G15 when using multiple keys, I swear I can push as many as I want at once without a problem, maybe you had an early version or something :P

yes but i believe i need the warrenty paper or proof of the purchase, doesnt matter, Raptor-gaming as a supporting website and yeh see what happens.
you all make me jealous with your gaming keyboards and pro PC, look at what i use and you guys will laugh :'[
yup, G7 is the best i've used
+1....
Although I have found that with every Logitech mouse I've ever owned, I always have problems with the scroll button and scroll wheel.
Lucky I disabled them and don't need them in BF. YAY.
ive had three brands of mice(logitech, razor, ms) & i prefer g5s and g7s because of their shape and weight or in the case of the g5 adjustable weights.
although u get used to using other strange shaped or heavy mice i have just found them to be the best but its just a matter of preference really.
although my first g7 was a total failure and decided to have like a wifi lag i have had two since then and they work perfecty, one for my home pc and one for my lappy.
dont no why u cant spam more than 4 keys on ur g15 doc but i have two ver 1 and 2 and they both work fine.
got two logitech headsets and they are ok, arnt the best but they still work so i guess i cant complain.
